retuchr is an AI-powered photo enhancement service designed for real estate professionals. Our service removes clutter and personal items from listing photos to create clean, professional images.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Upload images containing personal data of others without consent

The retuchr service, including our AI technology, website design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

You retain ownership of all images you upload to retuchr. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display them as necessary to provide our service. We do not claim ownership of your photos or enhanced results.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Free tier users receive a limited number of image credits per month.

Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our AI will produce perfect results for every image. Results may vary depending on image quality and content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, retuchr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
